Maritza Díaz – Her Story

Maritza Díaz is a licensed Realtor with Top Agency Realty in Celebration, Florida. Fully bilingual and originally from Puerto Rico, Maritza has been an active member in the community and a resident in Celebration since 2001. She also enjoys been a volunteer at Give Kids The World (Children Foundation). Prior to becoming an agent, she was the Office Manager at a local Property Management company where she catered to International and local homeowners and traveling clients.

It is clear in speaking with Maritza that her passion and knowledge for the area has created a foundation to bring excitement to anyone looking to make Celebration their home. She carries in her heart the very vision that Walt Disney himself held. The town was designed in the inspiration of Walt Disney who wanted to create a community with a small town feel with all the technology and diversity to attract people from all over the world. The town tantalizes the imagination, bringing cultures together with common fundamental values. Residents can also enjoy their grade A schools, churches, banks, stores, community swimming pools, a state of the art hospital, a fire station and an office district.
