We had a plan that involved purchashing multiple homes over time. Coming from 1000 miles away, we scheduled an appt to see the listing where we met John. We didnt buy that home, but John and his fiance Maritza showed us every home we requested to see. We finally found one and closed quickly. John answered all of my 23,000 questions (some of which were sent at 9pm on a saturday and he answered), they helped recommend contractors but most importantly they have become a true friend. They are available practically 24/7 specially with the way the market is moving this days. They stood by me all the time no matter what and made my dreams come true and never gave up on me. They are always positive an energetic with a smile on their faces. I never knew if they were having a bad day or situation. Their professionalism is above and beyond. I am a single mom with 2 babies and a 16 year old teenager. My time is limited and it takes a lot of patience to work with me and my crying or screaming little ones. It was then that fate changed our lives. My wife and I were very excited with the area and really wanted to take our search to the next level. She saw a couple pulling into the parking lot and told me to pull over so she could talk to them. John Hill stepped out of his car and my wife asked how he liked living in Celebration. John told us that he LOVED living in Celebration, that it was absolutely great, and proceeded to tell us about all the positive aspects of living there! In the meantime Maritza Diaz walked over from the other side of the car and they introduced themselves to us. John and Maritza could not have been nicer to us, complete strangers, coming up to them in their parking lot. I currently live just outside Chicago and around here people are commonly a little more cautious to strangers coming up to them outside their car. When we told them we were considering buying in Celebration, they let us know that they were actually realtors! After having a very spirited and friendly introductory conversation, we asked John if he could show us some properties and he of course agreed. That’s when our journey started. We saw a couple of condos with John on that September trip, found one that we placed an offer on, but were unsuccessful with buying. We were not deterred by this, and absolutely not going to give up our search. We had a December trip to Disney planned, so we made arrangements with John that we would get in touch when we returned and check out more places. I want to say that through the whole time, John was VERY helpful…pointing out things we weren’t aware of, suggesting ways to affordably renovate particular units, he showed that he was not just trying to sell us a condo…he was trying to HELP us buy our true dream place! Never did John rush us through anywhere, and he was very accommodating to our needs….one time even meeting us late at night to get documents signed and pick up earnest money. He made us feel very comfortable with the process, and we considered him not only our realtor, but also our friend. He responded to our calls/texts at all hours, answered all of the questions we threw at him, and accommodated all our needs. We could not have asked for a better realtor! We finally found a place that we wanted from the moment we walked through the front door and John helped us negotiate the sale within 48 hours! That’s when Maritza added her expertise to the mix, making sure that all the documents were in order, working with our loan agent and the title company very closely to help us secure an impeccably smooth and seamless purchase process. I’m no realtor, but I would assume that trying to broker and complete a real estate transaction with the buyer six states away cannot be a very easy thing. John and Maritza made it an incredibly easy process, keeping in regular email/text/phone communication, updating us on milestones and answering any questions we had. They are an impressive team and their combination of exemplary customer service and real estate market expertise is second to none in our opinion. We just closed on our dream vacation home three days ago and now we are having additional work done to make the place even more beautiful and incredible than it already is. John was able to connect us with a couple of local contractors that do a lot of work in the area and come highly recommended. Words cannot describe how excited we are to go back down there after the work is completed and see our dream become reality. They had already performed miracles for some of my neighbors in Celebration, and their record and hard work already spoke for itself. As long time residents of Celebration, I believe they have special insight into the market within Celebration, and their insight truly paid off for me as well. It is also important to share that I was paying for three homes and already had been living out of state for 4 months… I was very stressed and unable to help at all in person. They were very sensitive and successful even with my limited resources and time… Upon hire, They immediately jumped in full force with their very personal formula for success… they made very appropriate, gorgeous, and financially prudent suggestions to update my property for most marketability and profitability. I followed every suggestions they made… and they ran with it all.. again, as I was out of state I was not able to do anything onsite.. they also were VERY prudent in monies that I spent.. every penny spent seemed to have a million dollar effect. They truly know how to create a win win for everyone… NO drama the entire time… not once…everyone walked away happy.. In addition, they also handled the closing and inspection in record time. They were always hands on and available in person to get the job done right and timely. Everyone in their network was professional and reliable and I could truly feel a sense of urgency which as a seller is sooooooo appreciated….. Once again, within a few short exciting weeks they had created the hard working miracle for me that I had seen them do for my neighbors… I truly can’t brag enough…. I’ll say it again…. Hire them!!
